Upwyde Developments, one of Egypt’s largest developers, announces its second project, Jazebeya, in the 6th of October City, with investments exceeding EGP 30 bn.
For his part, Hany El Refaie, CEO of Upwyde Real Estate, highlighted Jazebeya’s prime location in the heart of 6th of October City, near numerous amenities, malls, and main roads, including Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis and 26th of July Axis.
El Refaie mentioned the utilization of Raef Fahmi for the project’s engineering and architectural designs, adding significant value due to Fahmi’s renowned expertise.
Scheduled for delivery starting in 2027, the plan aims to expand into new projects in Sheikh Zayed City and the 6th of October, creating an investment portfolio to complement Upwyde’s previous endeavors.
Mohamed Abdel Hamid, Deputy CEO, disclosed that the project spans 40 feddans and includes residential, commercial, and administrative components. The first phase comprises 835 residential units ranging from studios to duplexes, with areas starting from 49 sqm up to 280 sqm and 870 commercial units ranging from 50 to 60 sqm.
Notably, flexible payment plans have been devised to cater to a broad spectrum of society, starting from a 5% down payment with up to eight years of installments.
It is noteworthy that Upwyde’s debut in Sheikh Zayed City with the SkyRamp project garnered significant success, earning trust from a large customer base. With around 70% of the project already sold, Upwyde aims to establish a substantial investment portfolio in West Cairo following the success of its distinguished projects in the Fifth Settlement.
