Upwyde Development launches its newest project “Granoy” in the Fifth Settlement, with a marketing value of EGP 2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Abdel Hamid, head of the commercial sector, reveals that “Granoy” is an administrative commercial project located in a prime location. It will be launched on two phases, with a total building area of 10,000 m in the first phase.

The company plans to further launch one of the largest projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) in H2 2021. This reflects the Upwyde vision at investing in NAC, within the framework of sustainable development, the statement reads.

On his part, Hani Al-Rifai, CEO of the company, says that the company’s plan in 2022 aims to launch two projects with administrative, commercial, and medical activities; one in 6th of October city and the other one in the Fifth Settlement, in addition to implementing a huge residential project (compound) and completing the rest of its projects.

On his part, Mahmoud Tammam, managing director of the company, adds that the company owns a huge and diversified land portfolio in the most distinguished locations in new cities. They are developed according to studies conducted by the company and the market needs.

Furthermore, the head of the commercial sector remarks that Upwyde partners with the office of Raef Fahmy Design and Mega Plan (Khaled Al-Sharqawi) to design the project.

Not to mention having great experience in the field of commercial real estate, both of the company’s owners and workers, taking into consideration the standards and specifications for this type of real estate projects, the statement concludes.
