Urban Edge Developments Achieves Success in Marketing First Phase of Rubix Project with EGP 200 Mn in Sales

Urban Edge Developments has announced the successful marketing of the first phase of the Rubix project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The company achieved EGP 200 million in sales for this phase in a remarkably short time since its launch, reaffirming the project’s excellence.

Dr. Abdel Aziz El-Ganzouri, Chairman of Urban Edge Developments, stated that several factors contributed to achieving these strong sales within a record timeframe. The company’s distinguished reputation in the real estate market played a pivotal role, along with delivering a distinguished real estate project in every aspect. Additionally, carefully designed payment systems were provided to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

El-Ganzouri further explained that Rubix is an administrative and commercial project situated in the prime location of New Cairo. It is conveniently located in the South Academy area, near major thoroughfares such as North 90th Street, the Orouba Axis, and the South Academy neighborhoods. This facilitates easy access to the project and connectivity to surrounding vital areas. The project comprises a ground floor, three additional floors, and two underground levels.

The project was designed with flexibility in mind, offering spaces tailored to meet the needs of each client in their desired unit. This ensures that the project caters to a wide range of prospective clients.

Notably, strong and successful entities have been contracted for the project, including the International Engineering Consultancy (IEC) as engineering consultants and MRB company as the responsible party for project management and operation.

El-Ganzouri revealed plans to soon launch the second phase of the project, incorporating a marketing plan that takes into account market changes while maintaining alignment with the project’s implementation plan. The second phase will introduce new spaces and a fresh concept on the ground, first, and second floors, along with the inclusion of a hypermarket within the project. The third phase will feature distinct administrative and medical units.
