Urban Edge Developments has announced the launch of its first project in 2024, called the Rubix project, Invest-Gate reports.

Dr. Abdel Aziz El-Ganzouri, Chairman of Urban Edge Developments, stated that the Rubix project is an administrative and commercial venture located in the South Academy area, with a sales target of EGP 1 bn.

He further highlighted that the project stands out by introducing unique and contemporary concepts in exterior and construction designs, particularly by implementing the concept of flexible spaces (lex Spaces) for the first time in the Egyptian real estate market.

Dr. El-Ganzouri emphasized that this idea provides clients with the freedom to modify and shape the commercial and administrative units according to their needs, without being restricted to a specific layout. This flexibility allows for customized utilization, aligning with the client’s investment objectives and enhancing the operational aspect of the project.

Mohamed Abdel Hamid, head of Urban Edge Developments’ marketing sector, added that the project spans an area of 3,000 sqm, comprising a ground floor and three additional floors. The project offers a starting down payment of 5% and payment facilities extended up to seven years.

Additionally, immediate payment comes with discounts of up to 30%, and during the offering period, customers can avail a discount of up to 10%. The project is set to be delivered within three years and become operational within four years.

It is important to note that Urban Edge Developments is a newly formed entity resulting from a merger with Crest Development, bringing together a diverse and robust group of investors. Crest Development has a significant track record in the real estate development market since 2013, having completed 17 projects to date.
