Tameer, through several of its subsidiaries, is executing parts of this master plan via joint development agreements.

He added that this collaboration allows for the alignment of design, operations, and technology from the early stages, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong operational standards, and a focus on long-term asset development.

An Integrated Model for the Hospitality Industry

Brassbell Hospitality Group is a developer and operator in the hospitality and lifestyle sector, adopting a design-led approach with expertise in developing and operating hotels, branded residences, hotel rooms, and asset repositioning.

The group follows a fully integrated model encompassing development, design, operations, technology, and asset management, enabling it to deliver solutions that combine operational vision with commercial efficiency. The group’s philosophy is centered on leveraging technology and data to enhance performance and user experience, with a focus on long-term value creation and operational discipline.

Brand Offerings: A New Addition to the Egyptian Market

As part of this partnership, Brassbell is introducing its The Muse Branded Residences brand to the Egyptian market for the first time, following its launch in Dubai. The concept blends design and technology to deliver a contemporary residential experience, and has established a strong presence in the branded residences segment through its focus on detail and user experience.

At Azad Views, this concept will be implemented through 135 hotel units within a standalone building, managed via Brassbell’s platform for short- and mid-term rentals, offering a blend of comfort, privacy, and modern architectural character.

Meanwhile, Fanaya Hotels enters the Egyptian market following its success in Jeddah, offering a concept that combines local culture with contemporary design. The UBL project will present an enhanced version of this experience through 120 hotel units tailored for both short- and long-term stays, within a fully integrated urban environment.

Urban Walk: The Downtown of New Cairo

Alongside this partnership, development is progressing rapidly on the Urban Walk project, which is set to become the “Downtown” of New Cairo. The project is designed as a fully integrated central district that embodies this concept, featuring a diverse mix of uses including residential areas, business spaces, clinics, hotels, branded residences, and a comprehensive commercial zone, creating a vibrant urban environment that brings multiple functions together in one place.

The project will also include the largest public park in the area, covering 60,000 sqm, as well as a car-free urban design with underground parking facilities, offering a modern and well-organized living experience.

Urban Walk carries a global design signature, with contributions from leading international firms, including:
