Urbnlanes Development sells all administrative units of East Lane project after only four hours from being officially launched, with EGP 700 mn total sales, Invest-Gate reports.

Fadi Abdullah, CEO of Urbnlanes, says that East Lane, the company’s second project in Egypt, is an administrative commercial project. East Lane spans over ​​4,780 sqm in the 5th Settlement and the company sets a plan to increase its land portfolio.

Additionally, Urbnlanes launched East Line project six months after launching its first project Levels Business Tower, which reflects the company’s goal to expand in the Egyptian market.

Further, Urbnlanes partners with the major international consulting offices, architecture, and operating and management companies to implement its new project.

Abdullah reveals that the company achieved EGP 1.8 bn in sales in H1 2022.
