Urbnlanes Developments has announced the launch of its “Yellow Lane” Project in the prime and most desirable location in New Cairo City. The project’s site is known for its easy accessibility and convenience, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is merely a minute away from Al Rehab City, four minutes from Mohamed Naguib Axis, nine minutes from the American University, eleven minutes from Cairo Festival Mall, fifteen minutes from Cairo International Airport, and twenty minutes from the New Administrative Capital.

Also, the project is situated north of Al Rehab City, at Gate 20 in the Fifth Settlement, on the Old Suez Road.

For his part, Fadi Emile Abdullah, the CEO of Urbnlanes Developments, stated that selecting this exceptional location, which aligns with the project’s objectives, is a fundamental part of its success.

Moreover, Abdullah added that the project combines commercial, administrative, hotel, and medical facilities. It has been designed with separate buildings to accommodate renowned global brands that will be present in the project.

The development will include attractive local and foreign brands for customers and investors. Additionally, the project will feature a parking area of 50,000 square meters to cater to visitors.

Furthermore, the overall project plan was developed by TA Design Studio, one of the leading companies in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, with extensive experience in over 200 distinguished projects. The project also benefited from the expertise of WSA Engineering Consultants, responsible for major real estate projects in the UAE, in collaboration with the esteemed engineer Mohamed Hafez from Hafez Consultancy, one of the top engineers in Egypt.

It is worth noting that Urbnlanes Developments completed the “Eastlane” project within just six months of its announcement. The company finished the concrete and structural works approximately eight months before schedule.

The project was sold out in less than four hours, demonstrating the company’s financial strength, workforce, and expertise.

Abdullah emphasized that the company relies on implementing projects by importing and adopting new technologies that prioritize customer interests, which are environmentally friendly and innovative.
