Urbnlanes Developments plans to participate in the Cityscape Egypt 2023 exhibition, which runs from September 20 to 23, presenting various units with special offers, as well as units in new parts of its projects for the first time, Invest-Gate reports.

Fadi Abdullah, CEO of Urbnlanes and a board member at Emeel Abdullah Group said that their presence in the Cityscape Egypt comes within the company’s plan to participate in strong exhibitions through which it achieves strong sales results.

He added that the company is offering a portfolio of diverse projects that meet the needs of a large segment of customers visiting the exhibition, and the company is offering exclusive and distinctive offers to customers during the exhibition period.

He pointed out that the company is offering for the first time the commercial part of the Yellow project. He explained that Yellow is a residential, medical, hotel, commercial, and administrative compound, and is located in the most distinguished location in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo.

The project is located minutes away from all vital areas, such as the airport, Al-Rehab City, the American University, Madinaty, and the New Administrative Capital, and it is being implemented following green building standards and sustainability.

He pointed out that the project is an integrated residential compound that includes commercial, administrative, and entertainment areas. It covers an area of 24 acres, with a facade exceeding 700 sqm, and includes residential units of various sizes, in addition to a commercial part that the company is launching for the first time during the exhibition’s activities.
