UrbnLanes Expands in Egypt with New Project and Hotel, Targets EGP 100 Bn in Investments

UrbnLanes is preparing to launch its seventh project in Egypt, a 5,000 sqm expansion of Midlane in Fifth Settlement, alongside a hotel in NOI Residence, Invest-Gate reports. This brings the company’s hospitality portfolio to three projects, with total investments reaching EGP 6 bn.

Fadi Abdalla, CEO of UrbnLanes, stated that the company aims to expand its investments in Egypt to EGP 100 billion, prioritizing quality, timely deliveries, and after-sales services to solidify its position as the top choice for clients in East Cairo.

The company is making significant progress on its projects, with Levels Business Tower in the New Administrative Capital nearing completion, and Midlane’s structural work set to be finished this month, ahead of its 2026 delivery date.

UrbnLanes has also begun work on Yellow Residence in North Rehab, completing key excavation phases. Meanwhile, NOI Residence, spanning 46 feddans in the Golden Square, saw three phases sold out in just 24 hours, thanks to the unique design based on the Voronoi pattern inspired by the balance and harmony of nature, with 18% of the built-up area and 82% of open spaces.

The company is reinforcing its hospitality investments, adding a third hotel at NOI Residence this year. UrbnLanes relies on global hotel management firms, handling ownership while outsourcing operations.

With a strong track record, UrbnLanes has launched six projects in three years, delivering East Lane ahead of schedule, selling out in four hours in 2022. The company’s approach of premium locations and early handovers has earned it a loyal investor base, with client investments tripling in under two years.

UrbnLanes’ Midlane Mall introduces 5% down payments and 10-year installment plans, providing high investment returns in a prime Fifth Settlement location.

The company collaborates with renowned partners, including architect Raef Fahmy, First Group Kuwait for construction, and British-based Jedar property management. It has also secured international brands like Regus, The Terrace (London), Black Milano (Italy), and Amici.
