Urbnlanes Developments, part of Kuwait’s Emeel Abdulla Group, plans to launch its largest Egypt project, the first-of-its-kind Yellow Residence compound in the 5th Settlement, Invest-Gate reports.

The development is part of Emeel Abdulla’s expansion in Egypt, a profitable and active market despite high global inflation, Abdulla notes.

The group intends to inject new investments into Egypt this year.

The 27-feddan project, with a facade of more than 700 square meters, will use the latest international technologies and environmentally friendly green construction, Abdullah reveals.

Urbnlanes is partnering with international companies for design, painting, facade implementation, landscaping, technology and communications services to present customers with “one of its most important and luxurious projects,” the CEO states.

There is strong demand for investments in Egypt and the company is implementing several major projects in the 5th Settlement and the New Administrative Capital, he adds.

Emeel Abdulla is operating in Kuwait for 36 years, implementing more than 100 projects and owning about 20 large towers through its contracting arm First Group.
