V Developments announced that its Circle V campaign has achieved sales exceeding EGP 500 mn since its launch in July, reflecting the uniqueness of its innovative approach in marketing projects through non-traditional mechanisms that encourage collaboration with top real estate marketing companies, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Mohamed Hegazy, Chairman of V Developments, explained that the campaign relies on selecting the top 10 real estate marketing firms that deliver strong results for the company, offering them full support and tools to enhance performance. He added that clients also benefit from exclusive discounts through Circle V, enabling them to purchase units at competitive prices while maximizing investment value.

Hegazy highlighted that V Developments’ portfolio includes several commercial towers designed according to smart building standards, ensuring integrated services, sustainability, energy efficiency, and wider green spaces relative to the built-up area. He noted that the campaign will run for a full year, and with such strong sales in its first month, greater results are expected in the coming period.

Eslam El-Baghdadi, Chairman of V Developments, confirmed that the company is pursuing robust investment plans to accelerate project implementation and maintain delivery timelines despite rising construction costs and market challenges. He stressed that the company’s strong financial position allows it to absorb part of the increased costs to honor its commitments with clients.

The projects that recorded strong sales through Circle V include V Business Tower, which is fully completed; Mas Tower, where excavation has been finalized and construction is underway; and Leo Tower, launched in January. The campaign also brought together leading real estate marketing firms, including Why Investment, Umprela, The Nox, Property Track, Target Misr, Wall Street, AK, Equal State, Shahienz, and Equal Estate, all recognized for their expertise and alignment with V Developments’ ambitious vision.
