VAI Developments has announced its partnership with Gascool, a renowned company specializing in energy and cooling solutions, for the implementation of the central air conditioning system in the 4T4 project located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
Mahmoud Abdeen, the managing director of VAI Developments, emphasized the company’s commitment to executing the project with meticulous attention to detail and in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined to the clients. The project will adhere to the building regulations set by the Administrative Capital For Urban Development Company.
Abdeen further highlighted that the project’s cooling capacity is estimated to be approximately 430 tons for the NAC building. This includes the installation, construction, and operation of the central air conditioning system utilizing the VRF technology. The consulting studies conducted by VAI Developments align with the designated space allocated for the central air conditioning system.
Gascool specializes in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation services. They provide a wide range of solutions, including absorption-based central air conditioning systems, centrifugal compressor-based central air conditioning systems with water cooling, industrial cooling, and electromechanical works. Gascool is known for delivering effective and innovative cooling solutions for both commercial and residential facilities.
Abdeen also revealed VAI Developments’ future plans to launch a luxurious residential project in New Zayed. This upcoming project aims to be distinguished in every aspect and aligns with the company’s objective of diversifying its investment portfolio in terms of location and project types.
