Valero Developments has announced the launch of its newest venture, White Mall, situated in Obour City, as part of the company’s ambitious growth and investment strategy, Invest Gate Reports.

Covering an area of over 2,500 square meters, this innovative medical and recreational complex raises Valero’s total investment in Obour City to EGP 630 million.

Eng. Ahmed Abdel Salam, CEO of Valero Developments, emphasized that the company’s approach is centered on a diverse range of projects in Obour City, which exhibits a strong and authentic demand for real estate developments across multiple sectors. He remarked that the introduction of this new project enhances the diversity of the company’s investment portfolio.

Abdel Salam underscored the significance of selecting a strategic location that aligns with the investment activities of the project—a complex challenge that Valero Developments has successfully navigated. The site was strategically chosen in the heart of the 8th District along Al-Zohour Axis in Obour City. The project encompasses a total area of 2,500 square meters, with 40% designated for building structures.

The development includes a basement, ground floor, and two additional upper floors. The lower ground and ground levels are set aside for commercial purposes, while the first and second floors are dedicated to medical facilities.
