Vow Developments acquires an 8,000 sqm- land plot in the financial district at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) to commence its second project, Invest- Gate reports.
Vow Developments Chairman Amr Ashour states that the success of SOLAS, “the company’s first achievement in NAC’s financial district, is the main motive behind repeating the experience and working in one of the most important national projects, NAC, and specifically in its financial district,” he comments.
Furthermore, SOLAS covers an area of 8,000 sqm, with a sales area of 24,000 sqm out of a total of 34,000 sqm of construction. The project consists of two basements, a ground floor, and seven floors, in addition, a large part of the project has been sold since its inception.
He also remarks that SOLAS’ administrative building has won the International Architecture and Design Award (ACDA) for best idea and office building design concept for the year 2020.
Ashour points out that the company’s vision comes from its specialization in implementing administrative and commercial projects, focusing on every design detail and cooperating with experts and specialists to create a distinguished real estate product.
He discloses that NAC is a promising national project “for it has all ingredients for success that would encourage and attract serious developers to ensure the implementation of their projects,” he says. Additionally, the Egyptian market and targeted global market are witnessing real demand, which requires diverse and distinct real estate products.
