Wadi Degla developments has completed the construction and the finishing works of the Blumar Hills project in Ain Sokhna, Invest-Gate reports.
The project is considered one of the most magnificent landscapes in this area. It spans over an area of 450,000 sqm. It consists of two phases. It includes 190 units in addition to a commercial space on an area of 600 sqm, according to a company press release on May 19.
The company has completed the facades of the commercial building, the refinement of the beach area, the preparation of swimming pools, and the completion of the agricultural work, the statement reads. Wadi Degla is keen to establish an integrated infrastructure to ensure that the city’s needs are covered in the long term. Wadi Degla owns several projects in Ain Sokhna, and perhaps the most prominent and oldest project is the “Suez Road” project, on the Suez Road in Ain Sokhna, on an area of 630,000 sqm, which was completely delivered in 2007, the statement highlights.
Furthermore, the company has a Blumar Al-Doum project that spans over 25 kilometers from the end of the Katameya road in the Dome area of Ain Sokhna, on an area of 200,000 sqm, which was delivered in 2013, the statement concludes.
