Egyptian real estate developer Wadi Degla Developments reveals new project in Mostakbal City in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Covering over 545.5 acres of land, Neopolis City comprises 15,000 apartments and duplexes.

The project offers high-end facilities including the District mall and Wadi Degla Club, along with a school, a nursery, a clinic and a secured parking area.

The project worth EGP 13 bn is carried out over four phases, with the first phase units to be delivered within four years.
