Wadi Valley Developments has signed an EGP 300mn construction contract with Summit Construction to accelerate progress on The Capital Mall in 10th of Ramadan City, in line with its strategy to maintain top-quality standards and fast-track project completion, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Samir Aref, Chairman of Wadi Valley Developments, and Eng. Ahmed Grana, Chairman of Summit Construction, in the presence of officials from both companies.

Dr. Samir Aref stated that the partnership reflects Wadi Valley’s commitment to working with highly qualified and experienced partners to ensure execution meets the highest architectural and technical standards. The Capital Mall will be built to the highest international standards in quality and design, positioning it as the leading destination for investment and integrated services in 10th of Ramadan City.”

Located in a prime area of the city, The Capital Mall is one of the largest and most modern commercial, administrative, and medical complexes in the region. The project includes the city’s largest integrated medical center, an extensive cluster of modern administrative offices, and a retail zone hosting top local and international brands. It also features a fully equipped hypermarket, a gym, spa, jacuzzi, a children’s play area, an event hall, and underground parking covering the entire mall area.

The mall will be managed by a professional operations company with expertise in large-scale retail destinations and will showcase contemporary façades designed to international standards.
