Samir Ezzat Aref, Chairman of the Investors Association in 10th of Ramadan City and co-founder of Wady Valley Developments, revealed details about the company’s new project, THE CAPITAL, the first smart villa compound in the city, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in District 75, 10th of Ramadan City, the project spans 31,000 sqm and features a mix of residential, commercial, and administrative spaces.

In an interview with TV host Tamer Amin on the Al-Nahar channel, Aref highlighted the unique urban planning and diverse unit sizes designed to attract potential homeowners and investors. The company has already begun sales and offers competitive pricing and flexible payment plans, making it an attractive investment opportunity.

Moreover, Aref emphasized that the company’s track record in delivering high-quality projects on schedule enhances customer trust and confidence in Wadi Faly’s developments.

Also, he discussed his meeting with Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, noting the minister’s vision for supporting investment and the broader government’s commitment to boosting the industrial sector.

Notably, Aref stressed the importance of incentivising local manufacturers and eliminating bureaucratic hurdles to position Egypt as an ideal destination for industrial investment, especially with the country’s growing demand and potential.
