UAE-based real estate management and development company, wasl Asset Management Group, is to release the second tower at Park Gate Residences in Dubai for sale on Thursday, October 26, Trade Arabia reports.

This comes following the successful sale of its first tower at the community project which includes over 200 residential units located on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Phase One of the company’s freehold master development wasl1 – Park Gate Residences – will comprise 746 apartments in four luxurious residential towers on one podium.

Construction work has started at wasl1 with foundation works underway for Park Gate Residences, according to a statement from the UAE group.

Upon completion, wasl 1 will include “nine residential towers and a hotel, four mixed-use towers, and a ‘Central Plaza’”, according to the company’s CEO Hesham Al Qassim.
