Where For Real Estate partners with Housing and Development Real Estate Investment Company, affiliated to Housing and Development Bank, to provide brokerage services for its project Tala, Invest-Gate reports.
Where CEO Lamiaa El Sharkawy discloses that Tala is a residential compound in the first urban zone in the 6th of October city, besides Ishraka and Bashayer projects owned by the Housing & Development Bank. It’s located in the extension of the 26th of July axis, 10 minutes away from Mall of Arabia and the 6th of October club.
Additionally, the project includes 49 residential buildings comprising 470 residential units, with various areas starting from 99 sqm up to 266 sqm. She further explains, “The project spans over 24 acres. The building area is only 25% of the total area and the rest is green area and services. The project has a unique design that brings the concept of luxury and beauty. Each building consists of a ground floor, three floors, and an elevator for each building”.
She also remarks that the project includes surface garages and a basement for the buildings; in addition to fences, two gates, security services, cleaning and maintenance, a social club equipped at the highest level, swimming pools, and sports fields.
Moreover, she elaborates that the Housing & Development Bank- as a financial arm of Housing and Development Real Estate Investment Company- enhances the marketing strategy for the project. It also provides the project with a unique payment policy that depends on immediate delivery and paying the installments within 10 years.
She further announces, “The project is complete and ready for moving. We have a marketing plan for Tala through the Housing and Development Real Estate Investment Company’s participation in Cityescape Egypt.”
Furthermore, the company provides consulting services to help developers choose best the location of their new projects and determine the appropriate investment for the land location, whether residential, commercial, administrative, or mixed-use, based on specific market studies.
