Egypt-based PACT for Investment and Real Estate Development has unveiled its newest addition at the heart of Sidi Heneish, Nirvana Huts, extending over the silky beach of its residential project White Bay, Invest-Gate reports.
Adopting White Bay’s cutting edge architecture, Nirvana offers a total of 20 hotel serviced huts, two of which are each equipped with a Jacuzzi, covering 100 meters of beachfront space, PACT said in a press release on July 18, noting that the new units are “the dream hotel experience, with the whole beach for a terrace!”
It boasts modern amenities, housekeeping, and property management. Besides, “Yoga, wellness, and water sports enthusiasts will find their needs met as all Nirvana huts are available for rent, making it the North Coast’s haven for quick vacationers looking for a spot by the sea,” the statement highlighted.
Back in May 2018, PACT launched phase III of White Bay, situated 200 meters away from the seashore, featuring the “Premium Nirvana Sky Villa” and adding up 80 premium units to the total inventory of 660 units, which vary between standalone villas, twin houses, and chalets that range from 120 to 550 square meters.
Located 20 minutes away from Marsa Matrouh International Airport and 30 minutes from El Alamein International Airport, White Bay stretches across 70 acres and provides the ultimate mix between vibrant community life and serene sea views, featuring a business center, a kids area, a spa, luscious landscaping, alongside extensive lagoons and lakes.
In 2018, PACT for Investment and Real Estate Development has announced achieving EGP 2 bn in sales of White Bay, PACT’s CEO Mohamed Gamal said in an earlier statement, pointing out that PACT targets pumping investments worth approximately EGP 700 mn into the project throughout the coming period.
