Ahmed Hendi, CEO of White Eagle Developments, states that the company aims to achieve EGP 1.5 bn sales in 2023 through its projects in the New Administrative Capital and the North Coast project, Invest-Gate reports.
Hendi notes that the company is working on launching new projects in the capital and the northern coast, to achieve this amount of sales.
He adds that the volume of White Eagle’s business in the UAE reaches over EGP 2 bn, adding that the company decided to transfer a big portion of its operations to Egypt due to the market’s profitability and vitality.
The company’s projects under construction in Egypt amounts to EGP 1.2 bn, Hendi says.
The top executive unveils that the company’s sales from NAC projects during the last six months of 2022 hit over EGP 500 mn.
He expects a 25% increase in the prices of properties due to the surge in prices of building materials.
