WINDOW and Media Avenue, specialized conference organizers, will hold Egypt’s first commercial real estate roundtable, entitled “Think Commercial,” on March 20 in the Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, Invest-Gate reports
The roundtable will bring together a handful of government officials, members of the parliament, major developers of non-residential real estate projects, as well as, investment, economy, and commercial experts.
The discussion topics will include mechanisms of organizing and developing the non-residential real estate projects in Egypt, global standards related to these projects’ land areas, and the technical conditions for the success of the retail, medical, and administrative projects.
Additionally, experts and investors will review the performance of the non-residential real estate market, the challenges currently facing developers, and the changes in companies’ policies starting from renting to selling buildings.
Think Creative aims to highlight the country’s ongoing developments, stimulate investment by non-residential real estate sectors and channel funds towards projects that generate returns for investors and society.
