Winvestor Development has obtained building permits numbered 294, 295, 296, and 297/M/2024 for the land plot of the “I Sheraton” project, the first smart compound in the Arab Meeting District division in Sheraton, Heliopolis, Invest-Gate reports.

Hisham Ibrahim, Managing Director of Winvestor Development, stated that the company aims to commence construction work on the project during Q2 2024, with project units expected to be delivered to clients by 2026, according to the project timeline.

Furthermore, Ibrahim explained that the company has successfully achieved its sales targets for the project thus far, offering various products tailored to Winvestor’s clients’ needs. Winvestor has also provided clients with various marketing and investment solutions, aiming to achieve the best return on investment for the project.

Moreover, the company is committed to forming partnerships with leading firms to ensure the implementation of its projects according to schedule and with the highest quality standards. Recently, Winvestor contracted with Post Tension Contracting (PTC), specializing in modern construction technology using post-tensioned concrete.

Also, Criteria Design Group has been enlisted as the architectural and engineering consultant for the project, while Ashranda Boutique Hotel will manage the hotel portion, and IMS Solution will provide integrated marketing and investment consultations.

Notably, these collaborations aim to add value to the project by adhering to the highest engineering, environmental, and marketing standards.
