Winvestor Development launches I Sheraton project the first smart compound in Sheraton, Heliopolis, with EGP 600 mn in investments, Invest-Gate reports.

The project will be developed on a 4,650 sqm area consisting of four buildings with more than 130 housing units, two basements, a ground floor, and four duplicate floors.

The units will range in size from 87 sqm to 207 sqm, with flexible payment plans and installments of up to 6 years. The first phase of the project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.

Winvestor Development contracts with Criteria Design Group to be the architectural and engineering consultant for Ashranda Boutique Hotel within the project.

The company hires IMS Solution to provide integrated marketing and investment consultancy, aiming to achieve added value for the project by applying the highest engineering, environmental, and marketing standards.

Hisham Ibrahim, CEO of Winvestor Development, states that the I Sheraton Compound aims to present a distinguished and unique real estate product by providing all services and requirements to achieve the highest quality rates to the company’s customers using the latest construction and building technologies.

Hesham Helal, Chairman of Criteria Design Group, says that the project was developed with the goal of achieving international specifications through the application of sustainability and green building standards and the implementation of Egyptian and international code standards in design and construction.

For his part, Mohamed Ramadan, Co-founder and CEO of Ashranda for Boutique Hotels & Cruises Management, reveals that the company seeks to provide hotel services and management for the project units, in addition to renting serviced units for the benefit of the project’s clients.
