These units consist of two basements, a ground floor, and four additional floors, ranging in size from 87 sqm to 207 sqm. The project offers flexible payment plans and facilities spanning up to six years, with the delivery of the first phase scheduled to commence by the end of 2025.

Through the application of the highest engineering, environmental, and marketing standards, the project aims to add significant value.
