Winvestor Developments enters into a contract to acquire a plot of land with an area of 4,653 sqm, from Almaza Real Estate Development company, a subsidiary of Dallah Holding, to implement its first projects in the Sheraton area in Heliopolis, Invest-Gate reports.

Hisham Ibrahim, Managing Director of Winvestor Developments, says that the acquisition of the land from Almaza Real Estate comes within the framework of our company’s vision in selecting and executing real estate projects that are implemented with great care to meet the needs of customers.

Ibrahim notes that the company begins its investment in the Egyptian real estate market with a different vision and goals by launching a different real estate project in terms of product, construction mechanisms, and modern systems.

He reveals that the company aims to implement a unique product to be a real estate project built with the concept of smart home, green building and the project’s reliance on the optimal use of energy within the project.
