Winvestor Developments announces the start of its expansion plan in marketing its projects by opening two sales branches in the Qassim region and Al-Ahsa governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with the state’s plan to export Egyptian real estate abroad, Invest-Gate reports.
Youssef bin Suleiman bin Mohammed al-Harbi, chairman of Winvestor Developments, ascribes choosing Saudi Arabia to open its new headquarters to the company’s interest in marketing Egyptian real estate in general and the company’s latest projects in particular, driven by the presence of strong purchasing power for Egyptians working in the kingdom.
He adds that Saudi Arabia is distinguished by being a global destination for those looking for real estate investment opportunities outside their country.
For his part, Hisham Ibrahim, Managing Director of Winvestor , says that the external expansion of real estate development companies has become a necessity imposed by the urban expansion that Egypt is currently witnessing.
He maintains that the Qassim and Al-Ahsa branches will be the beginning of the company’s opening of other foreign branches soon, as part of a specific plan based on launching new branches in areas with high demand.
