Dr. Hisham Ibrahim, Chairman of IMS Real Estate Development, announced the partnership between his company and Winvestor for Investment and Real Estate Development, where he also serves as Managing Director. He highlighted that this collaboration marks the launch of their newest residential project early next year and signals the beginning of several other partnerships to be announced soon, Invest-Gate reports.

He emphasized that this strategic partnership aims to leverage both companies’ capabilities to enhance growth and innovation within the real estate sector, both in Egypt and abroad. The goal is to develop several joint projects that will offer comprehensive real estate solutions, taking advantage of the expertise of both companies to seize new opportunities and contribute to the advancement of the real estate sector.

Dr. Ibrahim pointed out that the real estate sector is among the most significant sectors rife with substantial investment opportunities, paving the way for further successful collaborations that open up avenues for cooperation with various companies across different fields. This, he stated, would develop the approach of the real estate projects in the forthcoming period.

He also noted that the alliance aims to enter new local and regional markets by developing various mixed-use projects, including residential, administrative, commercial, and hospitality developments. This comes in line with the government’s ambitious plan to implement several national and developmental projects, in addition to the geographical expansion outlined in Egypt’s plan to increase its developed land area from 7% to 14% by the year 2052.
