The strong attendance reflects growing confidence in the project and increasing demand for the company’s limited-time offer, with units in this phase scheduled for delivery within just two years. Youssef Shalaby, SUD Board Member, said the event witnessed significant client attendance and strong demand for units in the project’s final phase, underscoring the company’s success in delivering a comprehensive real estate product that combines a prime location, high construction quality, and flexible payment plans. Shalaby explained that the company’s offer, allowing clients to reserve a unit with a down payment starting from EGP 100,000 and monthly installments from EGP 27,000, has received an overwhelming response, particularly given the limited number of available units. He noted that the strong demand reflects the growing need for ready-to-move-in and near-delivery projects in the New Administrative Capital.
