The first phase, with an investment of EGP 1.3 bn, features 231 residential units, including serviced apartments, branded residences, and hospitality-driven homes, designed by a renowned international architectural firm. Future plans include a second phase of 231 additional units and a 15,000 sqm commercial promenade, set for launch in 2027. Project completion is expected by 2029.

Ajna Developments’ upcoming project is designed as an integrated, lifestyle-centric community, offering a comprehensive mix of amenities that cater to the needs of modern urban living.
