Edgestone Developments announced its participation in the Cityscape 2023 exhibition, following its marketing plan to reach its target customers, Invest-Gate reports.

Tarek Zain, Chief Executive Officer of Edgestone, explained that the company provided its customers with premier offers and discounts on its Moraya project, as the company offers a discount of up to 40% of the unit value in the case of cash purchases.

The company’s second offer at the exhibition is to provide complete unit furniture for the first 10 units sold within the exhibition, while the third offer includes providing all electrical appliances for the second 20 units sold during it as well.

Zain clarified that Moraya is a residential project (compound) on an area of 25 acres in the R8 District of the New Administrative Capital. Furthermore, the company aims to achieve sales exceeding EGP 6 bn by 2024. Implementation of 40% of the concrete structure of the project has been completed.

The project comprises 1,050 residential units ranging in size from 154 to 310 sqm. These units are delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning. Moraya comprises four stages, both for implementation and sale. Additionally, the project includes an administrative commercial mall with all brands.

Zain pointed out that the company has developed different and flexible payment plans, including a 10% down payment and a six-year installment period, a 15% down payment, a seven-year installment period, and a 20% and an eight-year installment period.
