Emaar Misr for Development announced the organization of its first event at the Soul Luxury Beach Resort project, in a step that reflects the project’s approach to the handover phase. The event gave the company’s top clients the opportunity to experience the project on the ground, reflecting the rapid progress of construction works and confirming Soul’s transition from a plan to a living coastal destination, Invest-Gate reports.
Exclusive Event with Top Clients
The event took place during an exclusive dinner hosted by Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar Properties, in the presence of a group of Emaar’s top clients and several distinguished guests. The event was held inside the three show villas overlooking the beachfront, with interiors designed and furnished by the international brands Ralph Lauren and Poltrona Frau, reflecting the level of luxury and craftsmanship offered by Soul. Guests enjoyed a complete experience that reflected the lifestyle Soul was designed to provide, before the evening concluded with a live performance by singer Elissa.
Construction Progress
This comes at a time when construction is witnessing remarkable progress, as Emaar Misr is close to completing the handover of the entire first phase and has completed around 60% of the structural works for the second phase, alongside infrastructure works, utility networks, roads, and landscape works, according to the highest quality standards and within the planned timeline.
