New Mansoura sees about 11,232 residential units (468 buildings) in the JANNA luxury housing project 75% completed, while 4,704 apartments (196 buildings) are 90% finished in the city’s Sakan Misr medium-income project, Invest-Gate reports.
According to a recent ministerial statement, 58 coastal buildings, comprising 1,392 housing units, are 40% done. In addition, merely 1,149 villas that include 2,103 units, varying between standalone villas, townhouses, and duplexes, are being executed in the city’s villas area, reaching an implementation rate of 50%.
This comes on top of building multiple service projects, namely the establishment of eight commercial markets, two basic education schools, two mosques, and a medical center, the statement further noted.
Extending over 7,200 acres, with phase I being developed over 2,063 acres, New Mansoura stretches 15 kilometers along the International Coastal Road at the heart of Dakahlia, featuring a 4.2-kilometer tourist walkway along the banks of the Nile River.
