Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has met with World Bank’s Executive Director and Dean Of the Board of Executive Directors Merza Hasan to discuss recent updates on the development programs executed in cooperation between the Egyptian government and the bank, Invest-Gate reports.
Hasan has praised the economic reform program implemented by Egypt, showing that the improvements of the economic indicators reflect the success of the procedures taken by the government.
He has also highlighted the importance of the sustainability of the reform program in order to be reflected on the Egyptian citizen.
Madbouly has also added that the government is willing to extend its collaborations with world banks, confirming the government’s target to offer better services through the projects initiated especially in areas such as Upper Egypt and Sinai.
