Mr. Abdel Rahman Al-Zaeem, Chairman of Zaeem Holding, announced the launch of Lora Eastfield, the company’s latest smart residential and commercial development in El Shorouk City. The project, spanning 30 feddans, represents a new milestone in Zaeem Holding’s portfolio after more than 25 years of success in East Cairo and Badr City, Invest-Gate reports.
The project includes over 900 units across buildings of ground plus five floors, with more than 70% of the land allocated to green spaces and landscaped areas. Its commercial hub, Lora Street Mall, will serve as a retail and entertainment center within the development. Located on Al-Horreya Road, the project sits next to Carrefour 2 and opposite a British school, just minutes away from Suez Road, Madinaty, the New Capital, and Heliopolis.
Designs are supervised by the engineering consultancy ECB to ensure quality and precision. Zaeem Holding is offering flexible payment plans of up to 10 years with no credit burdens to meet diverse customer needs.
The company also announced key strategic partnerships to enhance services at Lora Eastfield. Telecom Egypt (WE) has been named the official technology partner, providing integrated digital and smart solutions. Fathalla Hypermarket will anchor the commercial area with a 7,000 sqm store, while Nasaaem Hospital has signed as the strategic partner for healthcare and medical services.
Al-Zaeem stressed that Lora Eastfield reflects the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional projects that combine smart living, investment value, and lifestyle quality. “At Zaeem Holding, we are dedicated to creating integrated communities that meet modern aspirations while offering clients security, flexibility, and long-term value,” he said.
With this launch, Zaeem Holding reinforces its vision of expanding in East Cairo through integrated, technology-driven projects that balance residential comfort with strong investment potential.
