Zaya Development Introduces Second Phase of “Roudy Residence” Project in New Zayed

Zaya Development is gearing up to unveil the second phase of the “Roudy Residence” project in New Zayed, featuring distinctive units at competitive prices and offering advantageous payment terms, presenting a compelling opportunity for customers seeking a comprehensive residential endeavor in West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Gamal, the Commercial Director of Zaya Development, highlighted that the new phase is tailored to meet the needs of prospective buyers looking to invest in units within the project. Spanning across 10 feddans, the phase comprises a variety of residences ranging from townhouses to twin houses, boasting areas up to 280 sqm and extended installment plans of up to 10 years.

The second phase of the “Roudy Residence” project, an expansive residential venture sprawled across 15 feddans in New Zayed with a total investment outlay of EGP 1 bn, is being launched by Zaya Development.

Sabour Consulting Office has been enlisted as the engineering consultant for the project, underscoring the company’s commitment to collaborating with reputable entities to realize a distinguished development.

Emphasizing the company’s dedication to quality and adherence to timelines, construction of the project’s initial phase is already underway, following a robust operational strategy aligned with the marketing plan. This approach not only ensures the company’s capacity to fulfill its commitments but also safeguards against fluctuations in implementation costs.

Zaya Development boasts a diverse land portfolio in West Cairo, encompassing areas in Sheikh Zayed, New Zayed, and October Gardens, with plans to introduce a range of projects on these sites as part of an ambitious investment strategy.
