ZG Developments has signed a strategic agreement with Estadat Sports Investment Company to offer integrated sports and social club memberships for residents of its FLW Residence project in West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The partnership aims to provide FLW clients with access to the nearby City Club branch, enhancing the project’s overall living experience.

Mohamed El-Sebaey, Chairman of ZG Developments, said the agreement reinforces the company’s strategy of delivering premium services and added value across its developments. He highlighted Estadat’s reputation in managing clubs and sports facilities, noting that the partnership would enhance community life and increase the investment value of FLW Residence.

Mahmoud El-Sebaey, CEO of ZG Developments, said FLW Residence reflects the company’s 37 years of experience in Egypt’s real estate sector. He added that the project, located on Al Wahat Road, features modern, functional designs and complements ZG’s broader portfolio of projects in strategic locations like New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and Alexandria.

Eng. Hany Abbas, Board Member at ZG, said the City Club branch will include a wide range of sports, social, and entertainment services, with facilities such as a gym, theater, mosque, e-sports centre, and specialized sports academies led by Olympic champions.

Eng. Ahmed Attia, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Estadat, described the partnership as a step toward enriching the client experience. Yasser El-Ramly, Chairman of City Club, emphasized the role of the club in fostering community development in West Cairo.

Executives from both companies attended the signing ceremony.
