The event is set to witness marketing and media participation of the Al-Ahram Gate, with the participation of more than 15 major real estate developers, to showcase their projects in Egypt.
It allows easy access to it from all major axes, as it is located in the middle of the Downtown area and is close to 80% of the landmarks of the new capital.
The showcased projects include hospitality, residential, and commercial components spanning an area of 7.1 mn sqm with total investments of $3.5 bn.
The 2023 edition carries “Road to Zero” theme.
The event is hosted by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions and ExDais and organised by NRI ONE between 16 and 18 March.
The three-day event is held between 7 and 9 March with the "Caring for Water" rubric.
The EFMF is held between 7 and 8 March. It discusses innovative and sustainable solutions in the implementation of infrastructure projects for drinking water and sanitation.
During the event, which is held in France’s Cannes from 14 to 17 March, the company aims to present its plans for regional expansion by entering the Gulf markets, to replicate its success in many other countries.
