Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Moustafa Madbouly announced the start of construction on a residential project in Cairo’s new administrative capital. The Arab Contractors, Talaat Moustafa, Petrojet, the Holding Company for Construction and Building, and the Concord, began the excavation and site planning works on the residential complex.
