Launched in the summer of 2022, the MED’s first phase is designed by ALCHEMY ARCHITECTURE, incorporating contemporary Mediterranean architecture to include “Mediterranean villas” with direct beach views, and “Waterfall villas” with private beach lagoons and direct views over swimmable lagoons and waterfalls.
