Urbnlanes is implementing three projects in the New Administrative Capital and the New Cairo’s 5th Settlement district with total investments of EGP 11 bn.
President of North East Africa and Levant Cluster at Schneider Electric, Sebastien Riez, comments: “The recent agreement bolsters our efforts to make pace with development in the sector and accelerate digital transformation in the business world.”
The project is implemented according to Go Green initiative and in collaboration with the New Cairo Development Authority (NCDA).
Situated on 45,000 sqm, il Bayou is a coastal fully serviced residential project including 85 standalone, twin, and townhouse villas, in addition to 60 serviced apartments.
The Head of Marketing at the group, Omneya Awad, states that it sold 65% of projects in the New Administrative Capital in five months.
The event sheds light on Egypt’s economic conditions in 2022 and 2023, including the performance of the Egyptian pound and the country’s shift towards sustainability and green energy.
Sun Capital is a multi-use services area on 223 feddans in plot no. 1 in the October Gardens district. The project involves tourism, hospitality, commercial, administrative, educational, and medical purposes.

The construction of the first phase costs EGP 24 bn.
Saad adds that the meeting explores a series of questions and inquiries related to the decree and the impact thereof on the initiatives of the private sectors of industries, agriculture, and contracting.
