El-Gazzar confirms that the implementation of 4704 housing units (196 residential buildings) is underway in the "Sakan Misr" project for medium housing, and 11,232 housing units (468 buildings) are being completed in the "JANNA" luxury housing project, as well as, the implementation of 58 buildings in the distinctive coastal housing project, in addition to the implementation of 1149 villas, with 2103 units, including (499 detached villas - 152 connected villas - 498 semi-contiguous villas).
