The event is set to witness marketing and media participation of the Al-Ahram Gate, with the participation of more than 15 major real estate developers, to showcase their projects in Egypt.
Commenting on that, Al Rajawi expresses his happiness with this distinguished honour, pointing out that his company is considered the first Yemeni Gulf company to work as a real estate developer in the New Administrative Capital.
The announcement came during Mountain View’s participation in MIPIM real estate exhibition in France’s Cannes between 14 and 17 March.
The protocol is signed on the sidelines of the company's participation in the MIPIM exhibition.
The project is located in Al Ahsa Oasis in the Eastern Province, and 7 km from the center of Al Hofuf city.
Situated on more than 1.3 mn sqm, the project will feature a total of 818 residential units.
For his part, Hisham Ibrahim, Managing Director of Winvestor Developments, says that the external expansion of real estate development companies has become a necessity imposed by the urban expansion that Egypt is currently witnessing.
The new project, YANMU East Logistics Park, is set to open in 2023.
The project incorporates a range of amenities, including swimming pools and gyms.
