One of  Mountain View’s projects is Hyde Park, built on a total land of 809,371 square meters, located two minutes away from the Ring Road in the heart of New Cairo, with direct access the largest private landscaped park in New Cairo. In addition, it is within close proximity to the American University in Cairo’s New Cairo campus. It describes itself as a gated community due to the high level of security on the pedestrian walkways, which measure to a total of 7 kilometers.
