Nakheel is inking an agreement with prominent MENA retailer Alshaya to launch 25 retail spaces in Nakheel’s Al Khalil Avenue Mall located in Jumeirah Village in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.
Leading UAE real estate developer Nakheel has added 252 rooms to its Al Khalil Avenue project, and has assigned Dhabi Contracting to be in charge of construction.
