Nakheel to Expand at Dubai’s Al Khalil Avenue Mall

Nakheel is inking an agreement with prominent MENA retailer Alshaya to launch 25 retail spaces in Nakheel’s Al Khalil Avenue Mall located in Jumeirah Village in Dubai, Invest-Gate reports.
