Fully Finished Units Only Eligible for Mortgage Finance: CBE
Vice Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), Gamal Negm, said that units must be fully finished for them to become eligible to enjoy the mortgage finance government initiative, Invest-Gate reports.
