Orascom Development Egypt's (ODE) flagship project on the Red Sea coast of Hurghada, Makadi Heights, will soon see integrated telecommunication services, under the signing of a cooperation agreement with Telecom Egypt - WE.

El Mostakbal for Urban Development has signed an EGP 423.3 mn deal with Elsewedy Electric's unit to carry out electricity and telecommunications infrastructure of the latter east Cairo project’s phase III.

Egypt has sealed a deal for developing an EGP 40 bn telecommunications network, coming as the first phase of a wider plan to provide smart and security services networks in New Administrative Capital (NAC), east Cairo, covering the new city's Government District only.
